Te Kōmanawa Rowley School is more than just a primary school - it’s a vibrant, diverse community where many cultures come together. The school is keen that their outdoor spaces reflect that richness, creating an environment where children feel a sense of belonging. Rather than designing for them, we worked alongside the students, using a co-design approach to ensure their insights shaped the outcome.
